The passes will each permit four consecutive weeks of travel on Go North East bus services within County Durham, with further details available on the GNE website.

Am I eligible to claim the bus passes?
The passes can be claimed by residents of Chester Meadows, however unfortunately are not available to those who purchased a home within Chester Grange (phase one of the development). One claim can be made per address within Chester Meadows, up to the close of the Travel Choices programme. If someone else living at your address has therefore made a previous claim, you will be ineligible. Passes must be used by a current resident of Chester Meadows with transfer not permitted.
Can the bus passes be used on any bus in the area?
As long as the bus is operated by Go North East and within the County Durham catchment area, then yes!
